We believe in treating you and your property with respect. That means we go out of our way to protect surfaces such as flooring, walls, countertops etc, from damage during a renovation. We also protect the air that you breath. Our air scrubbers and HEPA vacuums remove dangerous dust particles that can sometimes be released during demolition work. During every phase of your project you can be sure that we are doing our best to protect your property.
Most renovations, aside from some very basic cosmetic work, will require some kind of permit. We have established relationships with the City's building and inspection departments and would be more than happy to apply for all the required permits on your behalf.
Changes to the Scope of Work are dealt with through the use of a Change Order. Your project leader will go over the change with you and clearly document it along with any additional costs that may be incurred. After everyone agrees, it's signed off on and work can continue!
